VIETRI bakeware should never be taken directly from the refrigerator to the oven due to the extreme temperature change, nor should it be placed directly from oven to freezer. The handles of these pieces are decorative and should not be used for support. He got his artistic start in 1972 when he began to mold candle and wax. Stefano quickly learned the details and nuances of various clays and ceramics. He was soon recognized as an exceptionally innovative and gifted molder, and in 1989, he became a maestro molder himself. Now, he leads the creative design process for many of our collections. A true artist, Stefanos work is also his passion. He is most at home when he has clay on his hands and his sketches for possible designs scattered across his workspace.
