Rony Plesl gave the cutters of the Cubism collection a great deal of creative freedom. As a result, no two artefacts from the series are the same. However, they all carry the same message: the celebration of the eponymous revolutionary artistic movement, innovative Moser colours and masterful manual cut. The set was introduced in 2009, and its creation is the work of up to 11 pairs of hands.

Rony Plesl
Rony Plesl - the Designer of the Year 2011 and currently one of the most well-known Czech designers - pays tribute to the glassworking tradition embodied by the Moser brand with his Cubism collection. His approach to both drinkware and decorative cut glass returns to the shapes typical of the 1930s, while the cut celebrates the timeless mastery of Carlsbad glassmakers. Rony Plesl graduated from Academy of Arts, Architecture & Design in Prague (UMPRUM), where he returned after years abroad to lead the Studio of Glass.
